Ducks

An extremely short video of a duckling rapidly paddling when stepping off the ledge in the duckling pool. Fun with sound!

In my previous video, the water level in the kiddie pool was fairly low, so the ducklings were more wading than swimming. Today, I rearranged the steps, and made the water more deep, so they could actually swim for the first time.

Watch their feet zipping along as they get used to this new experience!

Three ducklings swimming and eating leafy treats in the kiddie pool in their temporary run.

A video from this morning of the ducklings eating leafy treats and bathing in the pool, with some peeps and proto-quacks, plus Bert hanging out.
