Avoid making irrevocable decisions while tired or hungry. N.B.: Circumstances can force your hand. So think ahead!

The Micro.blog challenge word for day 30 is “reinforce”. Seeing well-fed cozy cats in their heated shelters helps reinforce the joy of caring for feral cats. 📷🐈 #mbnov

The Micro.blog challenge word for day 28 is “mask”. Fortunately I don’t need to leave my homestead very often, other than for feed store or Costco shopping… but when I do, it’s time to put on my mask. Such is life in pandemic times. 📷😷🦠 #mbnov

Since the Flock Friday post didn’t include any chickens, I took a photo of them on my morning rounds. Here they are enjoying some Thanksgiving scraps. 🐓

On the homestead blog: this week’s Flock Friday is more of a Duck Friday. No chicken pictures this week; I’ll try to capture some in the coming week for next time. In the meantime, enjoy pictures of the quackers. #FlockFriday 🦆

The Micro.blog challenge word for day 27 is “dilemma”. Paladin is on the comfy blanket on my office couch, so Pippin has a dilemma of where to go; my lap, or downstairs to @jidabug’s lap? 📷🐈 #mbnov

The Micro.blog challenge word for day 26 is “adjust”. Here’s the table setting for Thanksgiving last year. This year requires some adjustment, just Jenn and me. Stay safe out there, so you can celebrate future Thanksgivings! 📷 #mbnov
