For today’s moment of cuteness, some daffodils in a wild patch of our field.
We have a bunch of potato flour, and lots of eggs, so we looked for recipes to use those. Not a lot of options, but one we found was Potato Flour Muffins. I tried making it yesterday, but the result wasn’t great.
