Uh oh… I really should look more closely at my ducks; I just noticed that Sassa has developed the male tail curl too. I guess we need to come up with another Swedish male name (that starts with “S”). Any suggestions? 🦆

On the Dejal blog, my annual Dejal year in review for 2020, looking back at the app updates of last year, and revisiting how that compared to the plans for the year.
Puffy pepperoni pizza. I’m currently experimenting with 4-night cold proofing; I divide and feed my sourdough starter on Wednesday, and feed the countertop copy again that night, then prepare the pizza dough on Thursday, putting in the fridge till Monday. 🍕
