The answer to today’s #WhatsItWednesday question: it’s a grip strip to hold papers. I have a couple of them on the wall of my office. Simply slot a page in and it is held in place with rollers, then lift up the paper to remove.

A house drives by — two halves of a manufactured home being transported on trucks.
(Actually a picture from last year, that I hadn’t posted yet.)
We now have some very nice signage and brochures for our house… which has already sold, contingently. The market is so busy at present, can’t even get the marketing fully in place before it sells. It is still on the market until the buyer’s place sells, though.
Good news: after just six days on the market, our house has contingently sold. The buyer needs to sell their house before our sale is officially pending, but that shouldn’t take long in this market. 🎉

The answer to today’s #WhatsItWednesday question: it’s a bug catcher. If some bug comes inside (e.g. we often get ladybugs in Fall), I can put this over the bug, slide the hatch closed, then take it outside and open to release. Easy and harmless.
The answer to today’s #WhatsItWednesday question: it’s a Otodata sensor and cellular transmitter to report the level of our propane tank to the supplier. They just installed it. So hopefully now they won’t have to guess if we need a refill.
The answer to the #WhatsItWednesday question today (which nobody correctly identified): it’s a toothpaste dispenser in our bathroom. Works really well, except when the tube is almost empty. (Appropriate today as I went to the dentist for a cleaning.)
After Rory lost a leg to osteosarcoma in 2015, and couldn’t navigate the stairs anymore, I moved from my upstairs office to a “temporary” desk in the parlor (2nd pic). Now that Jenn also works from home, I’m thinking about moving back up there; needs a bit of a clean out.
