The answer to today’s #WhatsItWednesday question, as correctly identified on Micro.blog: a 5.25” floppy disk. This one with Pascal for Apple ][ on it, from about 1985. One of a few I still have in a carrying case.
The Micro.blog challenge word for day 25 is “call”. In moving back to my upstairs office, I didn’t bother plugging in my landline extension, since I never use it anyway — we have the most basic phone plan on it, with a per-minute charge for an outgoing call. 📷☎️ #mbnov

In November we’re doing a Microblogvember challenge on Micro.blog, where @macgenie posts a random word each day. The word for day 1 is “dreary“. Daylight Saving Time just ended, so I have the dreary task of resetting several clocks. 📷🕰 #mbnov
Uh oh… my AirPods Pro must have heard of Apple’s new service program, as the right earbud has just started crackling while in use. I thought I was one of the lucky few that didn’t have that issue. (Resetting didn’t help.)
