Oops… I noticed that the pipe for the deck mister froze and burst. I forgot to open the valve to let the water drain out when I turned off the water for the winter. I’ll have to replace that in spring before turning on the water again. Seems like an annual tradition to repair at least one outdoor pipe.

Friday’s pepperoni pizza, with a delightfully puffy crust. Preparing the dough the day before really helps. 🍕
My office is normally very quiet, so having my backup drive spinning up and chattering was annoying. I’ve just switched my iMac’s Time Machine backup to a silent 2 TB external Samsung T5 SSD, and my nightly clone backup to a 1 TB SSD. So much nicer!

The almost-full moon rising over the trees.
I set up the two holiday light projectors yesterday. They flood the walls of our house with red and green patterns. A simple but effective holiday decoration; much easier than stringing bulbs. 🎄
With my new MacBook Pro 16”, I’m a part-time resident of Dongletown, so I got a dongle case to carry them.
