On the homestead blog: I couldn’t resist; I made a new animated GIF of four cats outside.
Using a pond rake, that has a float attached, to scoop out a bunch of leaves from our pond. Leaves are a natural part of the ecosystem, but they reduce the oxygen in the pond as they break down, which isn’t great for the fish.
