For Thanksgiving I made sweet corn bread pudding, as Jason Snell recommended on The Incomparable’s Thanksgiving draft podcast episode. I didn’t have an oven-safe skillet, so used a cast iron Dutch oven, which seemed to work fine. We agreed it was better than stuffing. #dejus365
