On the homestead blog: a quick post about our honey harvest yesterday. 🐝🍯
Month: May 2021
On the homestead blog: Are you enjoying the daily updates on Betty’s ducklings, or is it just too much cuteness for you? Let me know! 🦆
On the homestead blog: please enjoy a bunch of pictures of Betty’s ducklings from yesterday and today. 🦆
On the homestead blog: lots of pictures and GIFs of Betty’s ducklings in the duck house and venturing into the pond. 🦆
On my YouTube channel: Betty’s ducklings took their first swim today. 📹🦆
On the homestead blog: More duckling pics later, but it’s Caturday, so tradition dictates that we start the day with some cute cat pics. #Caturday 🐈
On the homestead blog: Last night Betty’s ducklings started to hatch! So this is a special Flock Friday primarily about that. #FlockFriday 🦆
For week 21 of my 52 years celebration, another picture of me from 1993, standing outside at dusk. #ThrowbackThursday #52years
The answer to today’s #WhatsItWednesday question: it’s a bug catcher. If some bug comes inside (e.g. we often get ladybugs in Fall), I can put this over the bug, slide the hatch closed, then take it outside and open to release. Easy and harmless.
To celebrate being maxxinated today, @jidabug and I went to the local restaurant (yes, there’s only one) for a tasty lunch. The first time I’ve been in a restaurant (the same one, as it happens) since March 2, 2020. 💉🦠🍔🍟
