We have a bunch of potato flour, and lots of eggs, so we looked for recipes to use those. Not a lot of options, but one we found was Potato Flour Muffins. I tried making it yesterday, but the result wasn’t great.

The main reason for our trip to Hood River was to attend the winemaker dinner at our favorite winery, Marchesi Vineyards, along with friends. Some very tasty food and wine, accompanied by words from the winemaker, and Italian arias. An excellent evening.
